Procurement and sourcing

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing strategies, RFQs, RFPs, and tender evaluations for outsourced services.
  • Assess supplier total cost, service quality, delivery capability, and commercial risk; use market intelligence and benchmarking.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, SLAs, and risk allocation.

Contract and supplier management

  • Manage the contract register, renewals, and milestones; negotiate amendments, extensions, and renewals.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and viable alternatives; conduct scorecards and reviews, drive improvement plans, resolve disputes, and validate invoices.

Client and commercial growth

  • Lead client meetings, address issues, and foster long-term relationships; present proposals and value cases to senior client decision-makers.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Sales and Operations; negotiate client pricing, renewals, and scope changes after confirming capacity and margin.

Governance and leadership

  • Report savings, contract performance, spend, risk, and renewals; enforce procurement governance, ethical sourcing, and conflict-of-interest controls.
  • Lead audit responses, ensure corrective actions, and set priorities for and coach the procurement team.

What the candidate will bring

  • 7–10 years in procurement, sourcing, or contract management, including at least 3 years in leadership or managing complex commercial portfolios.
  • Client-facing outsourced or professional services experience, including negotiations, renewals, and upselling or cross-selling.
  • Strong commercial judgment on pricing, margins, total cost, and contract risk; excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience with procurement ERP systems (Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle) and reporting tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • CIPS/MCIPS or equivalent certification preferred; UAE/GCC market experience is a strong advantage.
