Role overview

HR advisory and organisation design

• Deliver projects from scoping and research through analysis, solution development and final client delivery.
• Conduct HR diagnostics, audits, gap analyses and reviews; develop evidence-based recommendations and implementation plans.
• Support HR strategies, people plans, operating models, organisation structures, role responsibilities, workforce planning and governance.
• Research HR trends and practices and work across multiple client projects and disciplines.

Rewards, policies and performance

• Conduct salary and market benchmarking; analyse compensation data and support salary structures, pay scales, benefits and reward practices.
• Develop and review job grading, job architecture and job evaluation frameworks; analyse employee compensation data using Excel.
• Develop and review policies, procedures, employee handbooks, governance frameworks, SOPs, workflows and templates.
• Design performance frameworks, objectives, KPIs, review methodologies, cycles and supporting documentation.

Talent and organisational development

• Develop competency frameworks and role mappings, career pathways, succession-planning tools and talent-management initiatives.
• Support learning and development frameworks linked to organisational and competency requirements.
• Support engagement, culture, organisational development and change initiatives; analyse feedback and recommend action plans.
• Develop and review job descriptions and role documentation, aligning accountabilities, organisational structures, job architecture and compensation.

Analytics and AI-enabled delivery

• Analyse workforce and HR data, develop dashboards, reports and analytical models, validate data and communicate findings through visualisations.
• Use advanced Excel to structure, analyse and validate HR and compensation data.
• Use generative AI and structured prompting for research, analysis, policies, frameworks, job descriptions, reports and communications.
• Critically validate AI outputs, calculations and recommendations; manage risks such as inaccuracy, bias and unsupported assumptions.
• Protect client and employee confidentiality, exercise judgement about appropriate AI use and remain current with AI developments.

Education and experience

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Management, Organisational Psychology or another relevant discipline, or equivalent demonstrated professional experience in HR consulting and project delivery.
• Approximately 4–6 years of relevant HR experience; HR consultancy or professional-services experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience delivering HR projects, creating client deliverables, analysing HR/workforce data and preparing professional presentations and reports.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and client requirements simultaneously.
• Practical professional AI-tool experience is strongly preferred; UAE/GCC experience is desirable but not mandatory.

• Strong numerical, analytical and critical-thinking skills, including strong Excel capability.
• Strong generative AI and prompting skills, used responsibly and critically in HR consulting.
• Ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations, write clear HR documentation and present findings to senior audiences.
• Project execution, stakeholder management, facilitation, adaptability, attention to detail and quality assurance.
