Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records.
- Conduct regular physical cycle counts and reconcile with system records.
- Monitor product shelf-life and expiry and follow FEFO procedures.
- Identify procurement needs based on inventory thresholds and sales forecasts.
- Communicate with suppliers for orders, shipments, and price negotiations.
- Maintain vendor databases and evaluate supplier performance
- Simple financial coordination, processing and managing debit and credit notes for returns, price discrepancies, or damaged and expired goods
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector
- Experience in inventory control and basic purchasing processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including VLOOKUP and dashboards
- Experience with Power BI, SAP, Odoo, or other ERP systems is an advantage
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Candidate must be currently residing in Qatar
