Procurement Executive – Interior Fit-Out

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), and subcontractor services for interior fit-out projects.
• Obtain quotations, evaluate supplier proposals, and negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process Requests for Quotation (RFQs), purchase orders, and all procurement-related documentation in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, Project Management, and Site teams to understand project requirements and procurement schedules.
• Monitor purchase orders and supplier deliveries to ensure materials are delivered on time and in accordance with project milestones.
• Maintain supplier databases, procurement records, price comparison sheets, and market intelligence.
• Ensure all procured materials comply with project specifications, quality standards, and approved budgets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
• Prepare procurement reports and provide regular updates to management on procurement status and supplier performance.

Requirements

• Minimum **3–5 years of UAE experience** in procurement within the **Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, or Interior Contracting** industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials, joinery items, furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), and fit-out procurement processes.
• Bachelor's Degree in **Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering,** or a related discipline.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and ERP/Procurement Management Systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
