Location:** Dubai, UAE

Requirements

• Minimum **3 years of UAE experience** as an Aesthetic GP.
• Valid **DHA License/Eligibility Letter**.
• Strong expertise in non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
• Excellent patient consultation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Ability to achieve clinic revenue targets while maintaining high ethical standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Perform aesthetic procedures including **Botox, Dermal Fillers, PRP Therapy, Mesotherapy, Skin Boosters, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Thread Lifts, and Laser Treatments** (as per qualifications and DHA scope of practice).
• Diagnose and recommend suitable cosmetic and skin rejuvenation treatments based on patient needs.
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and post-procedure care.
• Ensure all procedures comply with **DHA regulations**, infection control standards, and clinic protocols.
• Monitor patient progress through follow-up consultations and maintain accurate medical records.
• Manage and respond effectively to any treatment-related complications.
• Build long-term patient relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Collaborate with dermatologists, aesthetic therapists, nurses, and clinic management to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of medical ethics and professionalism.
• Keep up to date with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and cosmetic procedures.
• Contribute to clinic growth by achieving treatment conversion targets and promoting suitable aesthetic services.
