About The Role

Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes according to the prescribed care plan.
• Assess, monitor, and record patients' vital signs, medical conditions, and progress.
• Administer medications, injections, wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures as prescribed.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Educate patients and family members on medications, treatment plans, disease management, and preventive healthcare.
• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and clinical documentation.
• Recognize changes in patients' conditions and report concerns promptly to the supervising physician.
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and professional standards.
• Coordinate with physicians, physiotherapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care.
• Provide compassionate, ethical, and patient-centered nursing services at all times.

Requirements

• Valid **DHA / DOH** -**License/Eligibility** for UAE positions.
• Age below **45 years**.
• Physically fit to work in a home care environment.
• Candidates of **all nationalities** are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with both **home country nursing experience** and **UAE or local experience** will be highly preferred.
• Candidates **currently inside the UAE** and **outside the UAE** are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication, clinical assessment, and patient care skills.
