About The Role
We are hiring an experienced Procurement Officer to manage purchasing activities for UAE interior fit-out projects, including material sourcing, supplier coordination, quotation comparison, LPO preparation, negotiation, and timely delivery as per project requirements, budget, and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure fit-out, joinery, MEP, and project materials.
- Identify reliable UAE suppliers and subcontractors.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and prepare comparison sheets.
- Prepare LPOs and coordinate the approval process.
- Follow up on deliveries to avoid project delays.
- Coordinate with project, site, QS, estimation, store, and finance teams.
- Maintain supplier records, purchase logs, and procurement reports.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of UAE fit-out, joinery, and construction material suppliers.
- Minimum 4-6 years of procurement experience in UAE interior fit-out, joinery, or construction industry.
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Ability to read BOQ, material specifications, and project requirements.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of procurement documentation, LPOs, comparison sheets, and supplier evaluation.
