- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors to achieve the best possible deals.
- Create and manage purchase orders in accordance with company policies and budget.
- Monitor inventory levels
- Track and manage delivery timelines, ensuring timely receipt of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a procurement or supply chain role At least 1 year
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office knowledge of procurement software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
