Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement & Estimator to join our Building Materials Division in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, obtaining competitive quotations, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring timely procurement to support project and sales requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and material take-offs based on project requirements and drawings.
- Source and procure building materials from approved suppliers at competitive prices.
- Obtain and compare supplier quotations and negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
- Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and project teams to ensure material availability.
- Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier performance.
- Maintain procurement records, cost analyses, and supplier databases.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Support inventory planning and stock management activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in building materials procurement and estimation.
- Strong knowledge of construction and building materials.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, material costing, and vendor management.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
- **Location:** Dubai, UAE.
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
