Motormobiling Trading LLC is a growing automotive aftermarket distribution company specializing in automotive consumables, car care products, PPF, window films, and premium automotive brands across the UAE.
We are looking for a Procurement Executive to support purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory replenishment, and procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and process purchase orders.
- Follow up with local and international suppliers regarding orders and deliveries.
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure product availability.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment planning.
- Obtain supplier quotations and compare pricing.
- Track open purchase orders and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate shipments and logistics when required.
- Maintain procurement records and supplier documentation.
- Support management with sourcing new products and suppliers.
- Assist in stock planning and inventory control activities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or inventory experience.
- Automotive aftermarket, spare parts, automotive accessories, detailing products, lubricants, or trading company experience preferred.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP systems (Zoho preferred).

- No stock-outs of fast-moving items.
- Timely supplier follow-up.
- Accurate purchase order tracking.
- Improved inventory visibility.
- Timely replenishment of stock.
