Role overview
Manage purchasing activities for hospitality operations, including restaurants and F&B outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Source and procure food, beverages, kitchen equipment, and non-food supplies.
- Identify and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices.
- Compare quotations and manage purchase orders.
- Coordinate with restaurant branches, chefs, and store teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels, product quality, and procurement costs.
- Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of procurement experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers and market prices.
- Experience in supplier negotiation, inventory coordination, and cost control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Pay
- AED 4,000–8,200 per month.
