Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business needs.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing for F&B, hospitality, and general requirements.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for competitive prices and favorable terms.
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance.
- Ensure timely availability of food and beverage products, equipment, spare parts, maintenance materials, and other operational supplies.
- Monitor purchasing budgets, control costs, identify savings opportunities, and ensure quality and compliance with specifications and procurement procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least five years of proven procurement management experience; F&B, hospitality, and general procurement experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of supplier sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, and inventory management; experience with high-volume procurement and multiple suppliers.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with cost-control and budget-management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems; Odoo experience is an advantage.
