Recruiting an experienced Procurement Executive with supplier sourcing and negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities
- Source and evaluate local and international suppliers and identify sourcing opportunities.
- Prepare RFQs, obtain quotations, and compare quotations.
- Negotiate prices, credit and payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare purchase orders and coordinate material purchases and deliveries.
- Follow up on orders and maintain supplier and procurement records.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, Operations, and Accounts.
- Maintain procurement reports using Excel.
Requirements
- At least 4–5 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong sourcing, negotiation, Excel, and reporting skills.
- Good English communication skills.
Preferred experience and qualification
- Experience in minerals, cement raw materials, or similar industries is described as preferred, while the posting also labels the industry mandatory.
- Sourcing gypsum, clinker, dolomite, limestone, or other industrial or mineral materials is an advantage.
- Driving licence is preferred.
