Compensation
- Salary is up to AED 17,000 per month.
Requirements
- Experience developing and implementing HSE policies, strategies, and management systems.
- Strong knowledge of applicable HSE regulations, legal requirements, and ISO standards.
- Experience with audits, inspections, risk and environmental assessments, incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, training, and emergency preparedness.
- Strong reporting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; able to work across departments and promote a proactive HSE culture.

Responsibilities
- Develop HSE strategies, policies, and plans; ensure regulatory, ISO, and shareholder compliance; and monitor objectives, targets, and KPIs.
- Lead inspections, audits, assessments, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor environmental performance and implement risk mitigation and improvement initiatives.
- Deliver HSE training, coordinate external training with HR, and maintain emergency response plans and drills.
- Prepare reports and records, liaise with authorities and stakeholders, and support departments in implementing HSE requirements.
