Procurement Coordinator
About This Role
- Co-ordinate with 3 departments smoothly ( procurement , purchase and store ).
- Aware of ERP systems (E-Promis and Oracle )
- Chinese language is preferred
- ensures that the "Project Life Cycle" remains uninterrupted
- Convert material requisitions from the site into accurate Purchase Orders, ensuring technical specifications match the site's needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding payment certificates, delivery schedules, and dispute resolution.
- Monitor material issuance to subcontractors to prevent over-consumption and site wastage, ensuring that "issued" amounts align with the project's BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
- Conduct monthly physical counts and reconcile them with the digital "Store Tracker" to identify discrepancies immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
