Procurement Coordinator
- to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth coordination between procurement, purchasing, and store operations, supporting uninterrupted project execution.
- 🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate effectively between
Procurement, Purchasing, and Store Departments
- to ensure seamless workflow and avoid operational bottlenecks
- Ensure materials are procured, delivered, and recorded accurately to support project timelines
- Convert site material requisitions into accurate
Purchase Orders
- , ensuring alignment with technical specifications
- Act as the main point of contact for vendors regarding
- payments, delivery schedules, and dispute resolution
- Monitor material issuance to subcontractors to prevent overconsumption and ensure alignment with the
Boq (Bill Of Quantities)
- Conduct
- monthly physical inventory counts
- and reconcile with the digital store tracking system to identify discrepancies
- Support the smooth flow of the
Project Life Cycle
- , ensuring no interruptions due to material or coordination issues
- 🎯 Requirements:
- Construction experience.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or store coordination (preferably in construction or contracting industry)
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as
E-Promis
and
Oracle
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Chinese language proficiency is a plus
