About This Role
Job Purpose
- To be an integral part of the procurement department to support with the day-to-day activities of the plant operations
- Support the team with all Prequalification related activities along with vendor registration
- Support the team with all Contractor Safety management topics and activities (CSM)
Job Responsibilities

- .Create Health & Safety awareness by promoting safety meetings and talks, and by encouraging Health & Safety initiatives

- eEnsure the use of personal protective equipment on/off site and following standard operating procedure for all relevant operation

- sCommit to and achieve policy rules on limits of working hours by employee
- sCompliance with H&S Policies, Rules and Regulations on site and on the road
- .Prepare risk assessment/permits/LOTOTO before starting any task
- sInspect all the tools regularly as required by the RM
- GTarget of 4 BOG, 2 VPC and 2 hazard to report every month

- tMaintain and manage inventory records and procurement documentation with accuracy and compliance
- .Drive monthly cost optimization and procurement savings initiatives
- .Lead the vendor prequalification process for goods and service providers
- .Support Group Reporting and dashboard preparation through Power BI, including monthly spend analysis and tracking
- .Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
- .Maintain thorough understanding and compliance with Procurement-related MCS requirements
- .Obtain and evaluate a minimum of three quotations from potential suppliers, ensuring optimal balance between cost, quality, and delivery requirements
- .Process and release Purchase Orders (POs) for spare parts procurement from local and GCC suppliers through SAP, as required
- .Prepare Purchase Orders, coordinate GRPO processing, and facilitate invoice submission to the Finance Department
- .Coordinate with vendors on payment follow-ups and monitor pending or missing invoices between suppliers and the Finance team
