- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and project teams regarding design requirements.
- Review and track design submissions, drawings, and material approvals.
- Maintain records of design documents, revisions, and approvals.
- Follow up on design-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in preparing project reports and design status updates.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards.
Procurement Coordination
- Source materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and prepare comparative statements.
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing, delivery schedules, and technical compliance.
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Monitor procurement status and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
- Coordinate with stores, finance, and project teams regarding material requirements and deliveries.
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour
