Procurement Coordinator

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Source and select glassware and barware suppliers; negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Manage purchase orders, shipment tracking, delivery or quality issues, and inventory levels.
• Develop vendor relationships and review samples to ensure quality; manage returns or replacements.
• Coordinate purchasing needs with operations, sales, finance, and warehouse teams.
• Maintain purchasing, contract, and supplier-performance records; monitor market trends and cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• Procurement experience or solid bartender experience with strong glassware and barware knowledge.
• Understand glassware types such as crystal, tempered, and stemless, as well as professional bar tools.
• Strong negotiation, communication, organization, supplier-prioritization, attention-to-detail, quality, and cost-control skills.
• Odoo ERP experience is a plus.
• The posting also lists two years of procurement experience, English, and a UAE driver's license as required.

Compensation

• Salary is AED 3,500–6,000 per month, depending on experience.

Workplace

• The role is in person in Business Bay, Dubai. Candidates with their own visa are preferred.
