Overview
Role : Procurement & Contracts Manager [EMARATI TALENT]
Location : Dubai, UAE.
Salary : Salary AED 35000-38000 all inclusive.
Candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement & contract management processes with a strong focus on
cost efficiency and strategic value creation
.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance supplier performance
- Oversee the procurement budget
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage supplier and service contracts in collaboration with the legal department.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure deliverables, SLAs, and KPIs are met.
- Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations efficiently.
- Establish and monitor procurement controls to ensure compliance with corporate policies and audit requirements.
- Analyze procurement data and report on cost trends, savings, and supplier performance metrics.
- Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and spend analysis.
Requirements
- Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- **Should have a background in procurement, contracts management and must have a min of 2-4 years in project procurement / tendering / pre-contract (not corporate procurement)**
- Candidate must have a strong exposure to tender development, contract administration, cost and risk analysis, and coordination with project teams
- **Proficiency in tender management systems, advanced Excel, and Power BI is preferred**
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation.
