The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies to promote the exhibition portfolio, strengthen brand awareness, and drive visitor, exhibitor, and sponsorship engagement.

The role works closely with sales, project teams, and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns that support commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with Sales and Project Managers to drive visitor acquisition, exhibitor engagement, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Plan and oversee the production of marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with corporate brand guidelines.
  • Conduct market research and leverage customer insights to identify growth opportunities and enhance event offerings.
  • Manage external agencies and suppliers, including creative, PR, media, digital, and production partners.
  • Lead on-site marketing activities, including media relations, press conferences, and promotional activations during exhibitions.
  • Oversee marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and effective audience segmentation.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to maximise ROI.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure all activities are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards across all marketing communications.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' marketing experience, preferably within exhibitions, events, media, or a B2B environment.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign analytics.
