- The candidate
- must have hands‑on experience
- in preparing complete commercial cost sheets immediately after receiving a customer proposal or RFQ.
- This includes the ability to:
- **Break down material requirements**
- and estimate accurate material costs
- **Calculate manpower requirements**
- , including:
- Number of hours needed
- Applicable hourly rates
- Overtime or special‑skill premiums
- **Identify and quantify all additional costs**
- , such as:
- Referral fees
- Shipping / logistics
- Subcontracting
- Consumables
- Any other project‑specific expenses
- **Prepare a consolidated cost sheet**
- that clearly shows:
- **Projected Revenue**
- **Projected Total Cost**
- **Gross Margin (%) and value**
- Ensure the costing aligns with Gaff’s pricing strategy, margin expectations, and operational capabilities.
