Full Job Posting

  • Develop, document and optimize injection molding processes for new and existing products.
  • Work with customers on tooling changes, customer part specifications, validation protocols, CAPA implementation.
  • Implement, lead manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and increase efficiency, train and mentor techs and operators.
  • Monitor production performance metrics and drive continuous improvement including automation with robotic initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot molding issues (flash, short shots, burn marks, warp etc) and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinating sampling new products, PPAP's, Manufacturing and Quality.
  • Experience with injection molding processing, tooling and quality systems (ISO 9001, 13485, 1ATF).
  • Customer communication, critical thinking skills, problem solving skills and root cause analysis.
  • Strong understanding of thermoplastics, mold design, and injection molding equipment, robotics and automation.
