Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-integrated web portals and business dashboards.
• Develop responsive web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, C#, and .NET; integrate with SharePoint Lists and APIs for data read/write operations.
• Create interactive dashboards with charts, data grids, filters, reporting, and export functionality.
• Build digital forms, automated approval workflows, and structured business processes; configure secure portals, permissions, access controls, and landing pages.
• Automate contract-term notifications, expiration alerts, and business communications.
• Maintain auditable correspondence and interaction records for investors and external stakeholders, including RTA and Dubai Municipality.
• Implement content approval processes with defined SLAs and workflow-status dashboards; perform data analysis and automate reporting and communications.
• Support deployment, enhancements, troubleshooting, bug fixes, and maintenance; prepare documentation and transfer knowledge to internal teams.
• Improve commercial controls, process visibility, traceability, and readiness for future system integration.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on SharePoint development experience, including SharePoint Lists and API integration.
• Front-end development capability using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React; proficiency in C# and .NET.
• Experience developing web portals and business dashboards, including data visualization, charts, grids, filtering, and reporting.
• Experience designing digital forms and workflow automation; practical knowledge of access controls, permissions, and application security.
• Understanding of data analysis, reporting, and automated communications.
• Experience with deployment, enhancements, troubleshooting, maintenance, and bug resolution.
• Ability to document solutions, facilitate knowledge transfer, and translate commercial processes into digital solutions.
• Must be available to join immediately.
