Process Analyst

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Map end-to-end flows across Salesforce, Snowflake, Marketing Cloud, and connected platforms.
• Analyse data capture, transfer, transformation, and use; identify gaps, duplication, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Understand integrations, data structures, and system dependencies with technical teams.
• Investigate data quality and process issues, identify root causes, and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Help establish definitions, business rules, and governance for matching, deduplication, consent, and ownership.
• Challenge processes and configurations against business and data needs.
• Create data flow diagrams, process maps, technical requirements, and documentation.
• Support implementation and testing of improved processes and integrations across teams.

Requirements

• Strong process analysis experience, particularly mapping complex data flows, system interactions, and data-related business processes.
• Experience across integrated data systems and understanding how data moves and transforms between platforms.
• Good understanding of data management, data quality, governance, data lineage, and business rules.
• Experience diagnosing data issues and developing sustainable process improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, documentation, and process-mapping skills.
• A basic DBS check is required.

Preferred experience

• Data warehouse and multi-system data flow mapping experience is particularly valuable.
• Salesforce, Snowflake, or Marketing Cloud experience is advantageous; similar integrated data platforms are equally relevant.

Salary and contract

• Salary is £48,192 per annum.
• This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Workplace

• Hybrid working policy requires a minimum of two days per week in the office.
