Key Responsibilities
- Delivering key stewardship communications for regular givers
- Supporting the delivery of campaigns for digital, direct mail and telephone stewardship campaigns.
- Working with third-party agencies to deliver day-to-day retention programme activity
- Providing project and administrative support across the team, including tracking income and expenditure, managing campaign results, and improving processes
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong project management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of retention, stewardship or supporter experience
- Experience of tracking and reporting on performance
