PFC Group is seeking an experienced and reliable PRO Officer to join its team in Dubai, UAE.
The position is full-time and work is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day PRO and government-related activities; manage visa, work-permit, labour, and immigration processes.
- Process and follow up on employee visas, cancellations, renewals, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with government authorities and departments; handle MOHRE, Immigration, GDRFA, and other government submissions.
- Maintain employee and company government-document records and ensure timely renewals of visas, licenses, and permits.
- Assist HR with onboarding and visa formalities; stay updated on UAE procedures and perform related administrative duties.
Requirements
- Two to four years of UAE experience as a PRO; UAE experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour, immigration, and government procedures.
- Experience handling MOHRE, Immigration/GDRFA, and visa-related processes; the posting specifies two years for MOHRE, Immigration, and GDRFA experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and good English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A valid UAE driving license is an advantage; construction or contracting experience is highly preferred.
