Government Relations & Compliance
- Act as the primary liaison between Hotaru Holdings and UAE government departments and authorities.
- Process and manage all employment visas, residence permits, Emirates ID applications, labour cards, and work permits.
- Handle visa renewals, cancellations, status changes, and related documentation.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, immigration regulations, and company licensing requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, approvals, and submissions required by relevant authorities.
Licensing & Documentation
- Manage trade license renewals and amendments for all company entities.
- Process approvals, permits, and certificates required for restaurant operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all company documents, licenses, permits, and employee documentation.
- Track expiration dates and proactively initiate renewal processes.
Employee Support
- Assist employees with visa-related procedures and government documentation.
- Coordinate medical examinations, Emirates ID appointments, and residency processes.
- Provide guidance on immigration and government-related requirements.
- Support the opening of new restaurant locations by securing necessary permits and approvals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE, preferably within hospitality, F&B, or retail sectors.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, immigration procedures, and government regulations.
- Experience dealing with MOHRE, GDRFA, Dubai Municipality, Economic Department, and other relevant authorities.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
- UAE Driving License.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple entities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and government online portals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple restaurant or hospitality brands.
- Familiarity with company formation, licensing, and expansion processes within the UAE.
