We're hiring for multiple kitchen positions — **Commis, Demi Chef, and Chef de Partie (CDP)** — with a focus on Chinese cuisine.

The right candidate is hands-on, reliable, and has a solid foundation in Chinese cooking.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Chinese dishes to recipe and quality standards during service
- Set up, maintain, and break down your station efficiently
- Follow portion control and minimize food waste
- Keep your work area clean and compliant with food hygiene standards
- Support senior chefs during busy service periods
- Assist with prep, mise en place, and stock rotation
- *(CDP/Demi)* Help guide and support junior cooks on the line
What We'Re Looking For
- Experience in a Chinese kitchen (wok cooking, stir-fry, steaming, deep-frying)
- Familiarity with Chinese ingredients, sauces, and flavor profiles
- Ability to keep up in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- A team-first attitude and good communication
- Basic food hygiene knowledge; certificate is a plus
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
