PRO cum Client Relations Specialist
About This Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PRO cum Client Relations Specialist to manage government-related documentation and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all PRO activities, coordinating with government authorities, and ensuring smooth processing of official documents while delivering excellent client service.
The candidate must have prior experience working with a typing center or consultancy in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Government & PRO Responsibilities:
- Handle all Public Relations Officer (PRO) duties related to government departments.
- Process visas, labor cards, Emirates ID applications, trade licenses, and other immigration/labor-related documentation.
- Coordinate with government authorities such as Immigration, MOHRE, Dubai Economy, and other relevant departments.
- Ensure timely submission and collection of documents.
- Stay updated with UAE labor laws, immigration rules, and regulatory changes.
- Manage online government portals and applications efficiently.
Typing & Documentation:
- Perform typing for visa applications, amendments, contracts, and other official documents.
- Prepare, review, and submit documentation accurately.
- Maintain proper records of all processed documents and client files.
Client Relations Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding government-related services.
- Provide clear guidance to clients on procedures, documentation requirements, and timelines.
- Follow up with clients to ensure smooth processing and satisfaction.
- Handle client queries professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1β 2years of experience in a typing center or consultancy in the UAE (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures, immigration processes, and labor regulations.
- Experience handling online government portals (GDRFA, ICA, MOHRE, etc.).
- Good typing skills in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with trade license processing and company formation procedures.
- Strong client-handling and coordination skills.
- Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
