We are looking for a results-driven Google & Meta Ads Specialist who can manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns while also supporting our social media and LinkedIn activities.
The ideal candidate is performance-focused, analytical, and capable of maintaining a consistent brand presence across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilitiespaid Advertising (Primary Focus)
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Monitor and improve campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and daily optimizations
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages
- Track conversions using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
- Scale high-performing campaigns and control ad spend efficiently
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights
Social Media & Linkedin Management
- Manage company profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Create and publish engaging posts (captions, creatives, basic videos)
- Handle comments, messages, and audience engagement
- Grow company presence on LinkedIn through regular posts and updates
- Support lead generation through LinkedIn (organic and paid)
- Monitor and analyze social media performance
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Experience with tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, pixels, event tracking)
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Basic content creation and copywriting skills
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Google Ads Certification
- Experience in lead generation or eCommerce campaigns
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hootsuite, or Buffer
- Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe tools)
