Business Development Executive - Recruitment
About This Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in recruitment or outsourcing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our outsourcing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in recruitment and outsourcing services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Promote company services including HR outsourcing, staffing, and workforce solutions
- Understand client hiring needs and provide suitable solutions
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and achieve sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or outsourcing industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and close business deals
- Knowledge of HR and recruitment processes is preferred
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales
- Familiarity with local market and client network
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
