Principal Specialist Financial Analyst ( Jeddah/Riyadh )

Role overview

Program finance and controls

• Lead weekly and monthly program financial reports and customer financial deliverables.
• Own monthly sales, profit, and cash forecasts across the assigned program portfolio.
• Lead quarterly EAC development, including cost, schedule, risk, and opportunity analysis.
• Analyze variances to budget baselines and explain findings to program and finance leadership.
• Develop and maintain WBS; support cost CDRLs, including IPMRs and CFSRs.
• Support proposal cost development and basis-of-estimate preparation for new business.

Indirect rates and leadership

• Analyze overhead, G&A, and fringe rates against budgeted and forecasted pools and bases.
• Support forward pricing rate estimates and submissions; assess indirect-rate impacts on program costs and EACs.
• Partner with accounting and estimating to reconcile actual indirect charges against applied rates.
• Identify cost-pool trends and communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Coach junior finance staff, partner across program functions, influence finance practices, and present analysis to senior leaders.
• Support ad hoc financial investigations, special projects, and senior leadership requests.

Required qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience; or related advanced degree and at least 3 years of experience.
• Saudi Arabian national.
• Program financial analysis, EAC, or cost-controls experience in a project- or contract-based environment.
• Experience with indirect cost-rate structures, cost-pool analysis, or forward pricing.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP/financial system.
• Strong Arabic and English communication, including presentations to senior leadership.

Preferred qualifications

• EVM experience on government or defense contracts; knowledge of government contracting financial requirements.
• Experience managing small projects or processes and mentoring junior finance staff.
• Continuous-improvement experience; OneStream, SAP Business Warehouse, or similar planning-tool experience.
• Aerospace, defense, or government-contracting finance background.
