Drive broad, cross-organizational, cross-regional, and critical programs and charter-level portfolios.

Program Management
- Own complex programs and portfolios, stakeholder relationships, governance, and the end-to-end program lifecycle.
- Manage technical projects across shipper support, billing and payment, claims, and delivery experience.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, evaluate options, and make tradeoffs.
- Break complex projects into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, and deliver timely results.
Leadership and Collaboration
- Coach and mentor individuals and build a strong cross-functional organization.
- Establish operational excellence metrics and regular processes for assessment and improvement.
- Represent the technical organization and communicate with senior leadership.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, development, and business teams.
- Build consensus and stakeholder relationships across the organization.
Metrics and Customer Focus
- Compile, manage, and report project and portfolio metrics and post-launch adoption.
- Lead high-profile meetings to align stakeholders on project requirements.
- Drive program adoption with senior leadership and customers while responding to evolving customer needs.
- Connect technical improvements to business outcomes and customer experience.
Candidate Profile
- Experience managing complex programs spanning multiple teams, businesses, regions, or senior leadership organizations.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
- Strong judgment, analytical ability, negotiation, influence, and communication skills.
- Track record of exceptional performance in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and build cross-functional relationships.
