Enterprise Architect

Strategic Architecture & Roadmap

• Define the
• enterprise architecture blueprint
• covering applications, data, technology, and integration.
• Develop and maintain a
• 3–5 year architecture roadmap
• , aligned to retail business strategy (e-commerce, supply chain, omnichannel, customer experience).
• Drive the
• transition from legacy monoliths to cloud-native and microservices-based architectures
• .

Governance & Standards

• Establish
• architecture principles, reference models, and governance frameworks
• .
• Ensure compliance with
• security, performance and regulatory requirements
• .
• Review and approve architecture designs from
• solution/domain architects
• .

Business Alignment

• Support
• digital transformation initiatives
• such as AI-driven personalization, intelligent supply chain and omnichannel commerce.

Technology Leadership

• Provide guidance on strategic platforms:
• Java ecosystems, Oracle ERP/DB, Azure cloud and AI/ML platforms
• .
• Define enterprise-wide strategy for
• microservices adoption, API-first integration and data platforms
• .
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies (AI, GenAI, RPA, analytics).

People & Stakeholder Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of
• solution/domain architects
• .
• Act as a
• trusted advisor
• to executive leadership and influence major investment decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

• **15+ years**
• of IT experience, including experience
• in enterprise/solution architecture
• .
• Proven ability to design
• enterprise-level architecture strategies
• in the
• retail industry
• (e-commerce, POS, merchandising, ERP, CRM, supply chain).
• Familiarity with
• Java ecosystems, Oracle enterprise platforms, Azure cloud services and microservices
• .
• Understanding of
• AI/ML applications
• in retail (recommendation systems, demand forecasting, automation).
• Strong leadership and communication skills to influence
• C-level stakeholders
• .
