Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Primary Teacher role based in Dubai, following the UK curriculum.
The Primary Teacher will plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons aligned with UK curriculum standards, ensuring progression in core subjects for primary-aged learners.
Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and learning resources, differentiating instruction to meet diverse needs, and maintaining an organized, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
The role involves regular communication with learners, families, and colleagues, monitoring learner progress, providing feedback, and contributing to school initiatives, meetings, and extracurricular activities.
The teacher will also participate in ongoing professional development and support the school’s mission and values.
Qualifications
- Strong teaching and elementary education skills, with proven experience working with primary-aged learners.
- Experience in curriculum development and applying the UK curriculum in planning, teaching, and assessment.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear instruction, constructive feedback, and effective collaboration with colleagues and families.
- Relevant education qualifications, such as a degree in Education or a related field, and recognized teaching credentials for primary/elementary level.
- Demonstrated ability to create an inclusive, learner-centered classroom that supports diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
- Good classroom management, organizational skills, and familiarity with educational technology and digital learning tools.
- Previous international or multicultural school experience is an advantage.
