Role overview
The role focuses on pricing and estimating for fit-out projects and preparing government tender bids.
Responsibilities
- Review government tender documents, specifications, and scopes of work for fit-out projects.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze interior design and finishing engineering drawings.
- Source competitive supplier and subcontractor quotes and evaluate proposals.
- Prepare compliant technical and financial proposals.
- Assess project costs and financial risks before bid submission.
- Manage submissions and track tender updates through Etimad.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and handle technical clarifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum fit-out estimation and pricing experience; the source includes an example of 3–5 years.
- Solid knowledge of Saudi Government Tenders and Procurement Law and hands-on Etimad experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, advanced MS Excel, and cost management software.
