Presentation Designer & Video Maker/ Editor Engineer (PMC role)

Role overview

Presentation design

• Design executive-level and stakeholder-ready PowerPoint presentations with clear visual hierarchy and narrative flow.
• Translate complex technical and project information into slides, diagrams, and infographics.
• Develop custom icons, charts, illustrations, and templates, maintaining brand consistency.
• Standardize and improve templates, master slides, and shared asset libraries.

Video production and editing

• Plan and edit explainers, interviews, project updates, teasers, and event highlights.
• Create motion graphics, text overlays, lower thirds, transitions, and simple 2D animations.
• Perform color correction, audio balancing, subtitling, captioning, and quality enhancement.
• Support scripts and storyboards; coordinate assets, approvals, and timelines with stakeholders.

Collaboration and governance

• Work with leadership, engineering and project teams, and communications to clarify objectives and audiences.
• Follow brand guidelines and information-sensitivity requirements; ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain project files, templates, and asset libraries for efficient reuse and scalability.

Design and software skills

• Advanced PowerPoint skills, including layouts, master slides, custom themes, charting, and visual storytelling.
• Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects is essential.
• Produce infographics, custom graphics, and simple 2D animations.

Video and professional skills

• Demonstrated editing experience with corporate, training, or promotional videos.
• Competence in motion graphics, titling, transitions, and corporate-standard visual effects.
• Basic camera operation and on-site shooting coordination are optional benefits.
• The role calls for attention to detail, high quality standards, time management, clear communication, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience spanning presentation design and video editing or motion graphics.
• Experience in corporate, consulting, or agency settings; energy or industrial-sector exposure is a plus.
• A portfolio/showreel demonstrating presentation and video work is required.
