This is a multi-discipline expression of interest, not a specific vacancy; prospective roles span engineering, ordnance, systems, safety, logistics, sustainment, project management and capability development.
Potential work
- Support delivery, integration, sustainment and enhancement of advanced weapon systems.
- Potential disciplines include GWEO engineering, explosive ordnance, systems engineering, weapons integration, safety, test and evaluation, technical officer work, logistics, sustainment, project management and capability development.
Experience and clearance
- Candidates must hold and maintain an active Negative Vetting 1 Defence Security Clearance at a minimum; only NV1 clearance holders or above should apply.
- Relevant experience may include guided weapons, explosive ordnance, defence systems, munitions, aerospace, maritime or land capability programs.
- Relevant knowledge or experience may include systems engineering, safety assurance, integration, testing, certification, sustainment, project delivery, logistics, asset management, reliability or capability development.
- Stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and technical leadership skills are sought; Defence industry, Defence Force or government experience is relevant.
