The Presales Support Assistant supports the presales team by managing documentation, preparing standard templates, and formatting documents and proposals.
The role requires understanding company offerings so presales documents are accurate, consistent, and submitted on time.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the presales document repository, including folder structure, naming conventions, and version control.
- Process and compile documents for proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and tender submissions.
- Prepare and update templates for proposals, compliance statements, cover letters, and presentations.
- Format and proofread documents and proposals for accuracy and consistency with company standards.
- Keep company profiles, certificates, case studies, and other standard reference documents current and available.
- Track documentation requests, deadlines, and submission status, and coordinate with presales, sales, and finance teams to collect inputs.
Qualifications and additional information
- Fresh high-school graduate or undergraduate pursuing a degree in any discipline at a recognized university or institution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of accounting software.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles.
- Previous knowledge or experience working with ERP/Oracle.
- Additional IT or technical certifications are advantageous.
