🔹 Role Overview

We are seeking a Pre-Sales Manager to drive technical solutioning, customer engagement, and sales enablement across our cybersecurity portfolio. This role will act as the bridge between product, sales, and customers , translating complex technical capabilities into compelling business solutions and supporting strategic deal closures.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Solutioning

• Lead technical pre-sales engagements , including client meetings, solution presentations, and demonstrations

• Design and deliver solution architectures aligned with customer requirements

• Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) and technical validations

Sales Enablement

• Support sales teams in RFPs, bids, and large strategic deals

• Develop solution proposals, presentations, and value-based narratives

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, articulating business value and ROI

Product & Technical Expertise

• Serve as a subject matter expert across cybersecurity solutions (SIEM, SOC, EDR, AI security platforms)

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand product capabilities and roadmap

• Translate technical features into customer-centric solutions

Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead customer workshops, executive briefings, and technical discussions

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, engineering) for seamless delivery

• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

Market & Feedback Loop

• Gather customer and market insights to support product improvement and positioning

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies

🔹 Candidate Profile

• 4–8 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting / Technical Sales

• Strong expertise in cybersecurity technologies (SIEM, SOC, EDR, AI Security)

• Proven experience supporting enterprise sales and complex deals

• Excellent presentation and communication skills , with ability to engage senior stakeholders

• Experience working with global clients or multicultural teams

• Background in IT / Computer Science / Engineering preferred
