πΉ Role Overview
We are seeking a Pre-Sales Manager to drive technical solutioning, customer engagement, and sales enablement across our cybersecurity portfolio. This role will act as the bridge between product, sales, and customers , translating complex technical capabilities into compelling business solutions and supporting strategic deal closures.
πΉ Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Solutioning
β’ Lead technical pre-sales engagements , including client meetings, solution presentations, and demonstrations
β’ Design and deliver solution architectures aligned with customer requirements
β’ Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) and technical validations
Sales Enablement
β’ Support sales teams in RFPs, bids, and large strategic deals
β’ Develop solution proposals, presentations, and value-based narratives
β’ Act as a trusted advisor to clients, articulating business value and ROI
Product & Technical Expertise
β’ Serve as a subject matter expert across cybersecurity solutions (SIEM, SOC, EDR, AI security platforms)
β’ Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand product capabilities and roadmap
β’ Translate technical features into customer-centric solutions
Stakeholder Engagement
β’ Lead customer workshops, executive briefings, and technical discussions
β’ Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, engineering) for seamless delivery
β’ Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Market & Feedback Loop
β’ Gather customer and market insights to support product improvement and positioning
β’ Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
πΉ Candidate Profile
β’ 4β8 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting / Technical Sales
β’ Strong expertise in cybersecurity technologies (SIEM, SOC, EDR, AI Security)
β’ Proven experience supporting enterprise sales and complex deals
β’ Excellent presentation and communication skills , with ability to engage senior stakeholders
β’ Experience working with global clients or multicultural teams
β’ Background in IT / Computer Science / Engineering preferred
