Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our home automation and smart technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.

Meet with clients,homeowners, interior designers,to present smart home solutions.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home automation, security, solutions.

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.

Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and project closures.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in home automation, or sales industries.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to understand technical products and explain solutions to clients.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
