Responsibilities
- Work with sales teams to understand customer requirements; conduct customer site visits and workshops to identify technical and operational needs.
- Build a potential customer base and raise awareness of performance-based facility management.
- Design tailored solutions using company products and services, and prepare and deliver demonstrations.
- Support sales negotiations, clarify technical details, and answer customer questions in meetings.
- Prepare technical documents and business proposals, including RFP and RFI responses.
- Train customers and partners to use the platform and maximize its benefits; stay current on technology and company products.
- Coordinate with product and development teams and share market and customer feedback to inform product and service development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of pre-sales experience; technology or software sector experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital solutions for facility and maintenance management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
