Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role based in Riyadh for a Pre-Sales Engineer/Sales Support Specialist.
The role includes providing technical and sales support to customers, demonstrations.
The position also involves collaborating with the sales team to providing technical submittals, preparing proposals.
Technical Support
- Review RFQs, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Prepare technical submittals and pre-qualification documents
- Prepare cost estimates, pricing sheets, and commercial proposals.
- Work closely with sales, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Maintain CRM data and opportunity tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 1-2 years experience in pre-sales, technical sales.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and understanding their requirements.
- Experience in electrical materials, cable accessories, MV/LV systems, or construction solutions preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
