Job Description:
The role will be positioned at EuroTech KSA office in Riyadh. The Pre-Sales Engineer will work closely with the Business Development team on project leads and sales for both UAE and KSA. He/she will coordinate with Finance, Procurement and Project delivery teams in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the EuroTech sales team to achieve common goals.
- Work closely with the sales team to qualify opportunities and collaborate on the commercial and technical sales strategies.
- Assist the sales team with any technical presales engagement needed.
- Engage in key accounts and client meetings to identify the project requirements and business challenges; collaborate and advise on new trends and solutions to achieve the business goal.
- Review RFQs and Tenders, liaise with clients in sending RFIs and technical clarifications.
- Ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
- Review, evaluate and approve ELV designs and it’s corresponding commercial and technical proposals prior sharing to the sales team.
- Generate ELV designs and proposals for Design and Build (D&B) in coordination with AV, IT and ELV technical team as required.
- Provide assistance and communicate all required information to the project delivery and procurement teams for proper and timely project implementation.
- Assist the Finance Team in verifying project proposals and variation orders against purchase orders for project claims, invoices, and project financial reports.
- Actively participate in post-sale tasks and activities ensuring client satisfaction, project success, and opening opportunities for further expansion of the company’s solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Proven and certified experience in ELV (IT, AV, and Security) design and estimation
- Well-versed, presentable and have client-facing skills
- Must be knowledgeable of current and upcoming trends and technologies
- Strong strategic thinking and solution-oriented analytical skills
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Great time management skills and the ability to work unsupervised
- Degree in Engineering discipline or related experience and/or training
- Experience in KSA, knowledgeable of Middle East market
