About This Role

We are currently seeking a  Pre-Sales Engineer for IT & Cyber Security  to join our team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to assess IT and cyber security requirements, focusing on Aflak products and specially IT and network security requirements and zero-trust maturity
  • Design secure architectures focusing on:
  • NGFW, PAM, Vulnerability management, Load Balancer,Aplication security , Proxy , DLP , Email Security , HCI ,Vmware, Networking(VLANs, NAT, DHCP,DNS,Wireless,NAC) ,Linux systems , SIEM
  • DDI (DNS Security, DHCP, IPAM)
  • Zero-Trust Network Segmentation
  • Ransomware containment, east-west traffic control, and lateral movement prevention
  • Conduct demos, PoCs, and technical deep-dive workshops
  • Answer and built RFIs/RFPs with accurate and compliant technical responses
  • Install network traffic sensors in various environments; including the physical network, virtual networks, public and private cloud, servers
  • Very close working relationship with TAC support and Product Management Respond to RFI's & RFP's
  • Provide weekly report to management on the status of high priority cases and pre-sales activity 20-30% Travelling throughout all sales territories
  • Architect high-level and low-level security solutions (HLD/LLD) across domains
  • Strong technical consulting and solution-building skills, with the ability to define trade-offs and integrate Cisco technologies into broader architectures.

Partner & Vendor Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with vendor technical teams for solution enhancements and escalations
  • Participate in regional cybersecurity events and workshops

Professional Services Scoping:

  • Define technical scope, deployment architecture, BoQ/BOM and integration requirements
  • Assist in handover to professional services for deployment cycles

Technical Enablement & Education:

  • Deliver product training sessions and Workshops to customers
  • Develop technical documentation, deployment guides, and reference architectures

Customer Success & Post-Sales Advisory:

  • Provide technical guidance during PoCs, pilots, and expansion phases
  • Work closely with customers to optimize all Solutions
  • Assist with design reviews, architecture best practices, and roadmap planning

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with: 4-8 years’ experience in Technical / Pre-Sales Engineer for IT & Cyber Security

Professional Skills:

  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics for business discussions
  • Hands-on lab/PoC setup and troubleshooting skills

Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity technologies (firewalls, EDR, NDR, SIEM, DLP, IAM, etc.) and related frameworks (NCA-ECC/CCC, SAMA CSF, CMA, NESA-IAR, PDPL, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, GDRP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, Alibaba, Huawei) and DevSecOps practices is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills—able to influence, educate, and persuade both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work independently in cross-cultural, multilingual environments.
  • Bachelor's in IT, cybersecurity, computer science, or related fields. Certifications such as  CCNP ,CISSP ….etc

•                Create and update SLAs and OLAs for IT services management system. 

•                Create and update periodic reports for IT service management. 

•                Raise and optimize IT service management system performance. 

•                Perform requirements and tasks in accordance of PMI rules.
