Pre-Sales Engineer UAE (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for managing Pre-Sales activities for the sub-region Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa (EE‑ME‑A), with flexibility to support other EMEA sub-regions as needed.
- You are a technical consultant to customers, system integrators, consultants and internal sales teams, translating requirements into robust technical and commercial solutions.
- You are responsible for creating comprehensive technical proposals, including RFP and RFI responses, aligned with customer and business requirements.
- You are the technical ambassador of Riedel, delivering high-impact product and technology demonstrations for customers and partners at headquarters, onsite or online.
- You are actively involved in public-facing engagements such as trade shows, events, panels and customer presentations within the region.
- You are coordinating closely with the Professional Services team to anticipate, plan and prepare project phases from a technical perspective.
- You are supporting project implementation by assisting Services teams and customers during critical project phases when required.
- You are proactively enabling customers and partners through trainings, demos, Proof of Concepts and solution presentations to strengthen technical understanding and sales effectiveness.
Thats You
- A completed university degree or vocational training in electrical engineering, communications, audio/video engineering, IT or a related field
- Proven experience in Pre-Sales, Engineering or a comparable technical customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of the Broadcast and Media Technology market
- Solid knowledge of baseband and IP broadcast technologies, intercom systems, audio and video solutions
- Confident handling of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio or CAD, as well as CRM and project management tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
- High flexibility, a strong team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate across departments
- Willingness to travel, proximity to a major airport, and residence within commuting distance of our Dubai office
- Excellent written and verbal English skills for professional communication; additional languages relevant to the region are a strong advantage
