Job Summary
We are urgently seeking an experienced **Pre-Sales Engineer** with a solid background in **ELV, Structured Cabling, Data Center Migration, and ICT Systems**.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team with technical expertise, solution design, proposal preparation, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand technical requirements and provide appropriate ELV & ICT solutions
- Prepare BOQ, technical proposals, and compliance statements for tenders and RFPs
- Design and present solutions for systems including:
- **Structured Cabling**
- **Data Center Migration**
- **CCTV Systems**
- **Access Control & Gate Barrier**
- **Access Points & Wi-Fi Deployment**
- **IP Telephony Solutions**
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for pricing and solution finalization
- Conduct site surveys and technical assessments
- Support the Sales team during client meetings and presentations
- Ensure solutions are compliant with industry standards and client specifications
- Keep updated with the latest ELV & ICT technologies and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, IT, or related field)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Technical Support for ELV & ICT projects
- **UAE driving license mandatory**
- Proficient in solution design and proposal writing
- Hands-on experience with the design and integration of:
- CCTV (IP and Analog)
• IP Telephony Systems
- Data Center Migration projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Language Proficiency:
- **English** (Required)
- **Malayalam** and **Hindi** (Required)
- **Arabic** (Advantage)
