Job Title: PRE-SALES ENGINEER (ICT & ELV SYSTEMS)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Pre-Sales Preparing accurate and systematic project plan.
  • To handle Design and Estimation for all ELV for Structured Cabling, CCTV ,Access Control, ICT Networks, Gate Barrier, parking management, SMATV, IPTV, AV System, Nurse calling system, bell system etc.
  • Preparing Technical submittal for Bid Submission.
  • Proactively meet customer together with the sales team to explain the offering details; understand customer needs; understanding what competition is offering and provide a cost effective value engineering solution.
  • Maintain Supplier Relation.
  • System Architectures Design for all ELV systems.
  • Preparation of sourcing plan.
  • Planning the process including coordination with 3rd party and internal resources.
  • To Maintain and retrieval of estimation data, and to apply innovative methods to achieve the best results.
  • To meet the time frame of clients and internal departments.
  • Provide adequate organizational support and resources.
  • Screening and coordination with customers and contractors to ensure scope of work between vendor and customers are clearly defined.
  • Developing negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategy and operations, examining risks and potentials, estimating clients needs and goals.
  • Assist customers and partners with hands on technical assistance for demonstrations, trials, and proof of concept projects.
  • Develop a close relationship with sales staff in the territory and work as a team to drive the business.
  • Assist in the identification and development of new channel partners in the territory.
  • Provide accurate and timely management information, to include activity reports and bid reviews.
  • Coordinate with Drafting team for design the system.
