Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Officer with in-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law to handle a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring HR operations run smoothly and align with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.

Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.

Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.

Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and coordination with PRO.

Administer employee benefits, leave management, and attendance tracking.

Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and updates.

Address employee queries and grievances promptly and professionally.

Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and official letters.

Coordinate training and development initiatives.

Support performance evaluation processes and employee engagement activities.

Prepare HR reports and assist management with HR-related insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.

Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and handle pressure professionally.

Immediate joiner preferred.
